These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Angadi - Complete the Look application ("the App") provided by Angadi Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you ("Merchant", "you") agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
The App is a Shopify application that helps fashion merchants generate AI-powered outfit recommendations ("Complete the Look" suggestions) and display them to shoppers on product pages. You retain full control over which outfits are published to your store.
To use the App, you must have an active Shopify store and install the App through the Shopify App Store or direct install link. You are responsible for:
The App is offered on subscription plans. Billing is processed by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable subscription fees to your Shopify account.
Our collection, use, and retention of data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you authorize us to process the data described in the Privacy Policy in the manner described there.

We retain all rights to the App, including source code, designs, and branding. You retain all rights to your store data, product catalog, and approved outfit content. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose while your subscription is active.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect existing functionality.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms, your breach of any representation herein, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through the Shopify admin or email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
